We are not responsible for:

• Any service interruptions or delays
• Any transmission or transaction failures
• Any technical failures, system failures, or network issues

Fees

Using our Services may incur fees, including but not limited to:

• Trading fees
• Withdrawal fees
• Network fees (miner fees/gas fees)

All applicable fees will be displayed at the time of transaction. We reserve the right to change the fee structure at any time. Any fee changes will take effect after being posted on our website.

You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your use of the Services. All fees are non-refundable unless we explicitly state otherwise.

User Conduct

When using our Services, you agree not to:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Seychelles, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seychelles to resolve any disputes arising from these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If there are significant changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website before the changes take effect.

We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
